Order 7030 04/11/2026 I experienced the worst customer service at the Eden Shores restaurant in Hayward. First the manager (Anthony) walks out the door for a 10 minute break and leaves my pizza on top of the oven. The workers had no ideal where my pizza was or how to give me a refund. They got very snappy with me. I waited 45 minutes for the manager and he never showed up. The workers very inexperienced on how to run the restaurant. I was told (from a different location) to call the store and speak to a manager which routed me to India. Yes, I made the call while in the restaurant! This pizzeria is poorly ran and I will never return. Unresolved

Just visited for the first time tonight and was immediately greeted with smiles and friendly staff. They had their Karaoke nights which was so entertaining and enjoyable! Highly recommend for parties and gatherings. They have a bunch of arcade games to play my kids loved the prizes they won. The store was fairly clean and organized. We had ordered the Gourmet veggie and all meat marvel it was amazing and so flavorsome.

On March 13,2026 i placed a phone order for my pizza the lady was extremely nasty attitude....took my order kept geeting it wrong no thank you or your welcome ect.. so the vibe was off because im very polite and personable. I get there on Decoto and alvarado same lady same attitude... I go to pay soon as my card scanned...a damn ROACH crawls across the counter I think it went by the register but they kept saying I didnt see what I saw... I took the pizza I was threw it away... embarrassed for them called the manager today he ADMITTED there's a roach problem and refunded my money.. im done eating out.

Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I ordered online to go. The place was very clean, welcoming, and had a big, comfortable space. Not all Round Table locations cook their pizza the same, and this one definitely stands out. The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Garlic parma cheese bread is a must have. One of the best Round Table Pizza spots to order from...highly recommend. 🍕

Slow service, left my pizza sitting on top of the oven after it was cooked. He told me he was busy and missed it. The cooks are always talking and don't care what happens after they pull it out of the oven. The guy responsible for bringing the food up front, wanders around or taking phone orders, or ringing people up, the other 3 or 4 cooks, not their problem 🤔 And don't buy the desserts, they're horrible 😤
